Miss Georgianna Eleanor Heyford may be naught but a gentleman’s daughter, but even she’s heard the rumors about the Earl of Stannis’s exceptional charm and good looks. Surely she can cater his luxurious yacht party without getting swept away. But a terrible misunderstanding leaves Georgianna fired, furious, and with little recompense. Which is precisely when her opportunity for vengeance washes ashore…

Daniel Rutherford, the Earl of Stannis, has absolutely no memory of who he is. They tell him he must have fallen overboard, and the only person he seems to recognize is the lovely Georgianna—who strikes a chord of familiarity…and the faintest memory of heating his blood. Only now this inelegant, poorly dressed woman claims to be his
wife!

But the truth is, Georgianna is finally getting her revenge. The dashing earl will work off the money he owes her and no one will be the wiser. Except the longer he stays with her and her younger sisters, the more it feels like he belongs there. And that perhaps he’d find a forever place in Georgianna’s heart…at least, until his memory returns...

A Perfectly Swoony-Worthy Historical Romance!
*****5 Stars!“Only with your hands clasped in mine, Georgianna, enjoying this life, will living be worthwhile.”First I would like to thank Entangled Publishing, LLC and NetGalley for allowing me to read an arc of this amazing book! I am honored to be given the chance to read it and give it an honest review. An Earl To Remember is about Miss Georgianna Heyford who is the caretaker of her three sisters and a passionate chef. She is invited to work as a cook on the Earl of Stannis’s luxurious yacht, though she is very much aware of the rumors about the earl’s exceptional charm and good looks. A terrible misunderstanding leaves Georgianna fired, furious and with a little recompense. Which is precisely when her opportunity for vengeance washes ashore.Daniel Rutherford, the Earl of Stannis, has absolutely no memory of who he is. And that perhaps he’d find a forever place in Georgianna’s heart…at least until his memory returns.I absolutely adored this book! The moment I started it, I couldn’t seem to put it down and devoured it in one sitting! The entire time I found myself on the edge of my seat, desperate to find out what was going to happen next and where the characters were going to find themselves! Not only was this book absolutely addicting, but it was also very amusing as well. There were many times I couldn’t help but laugh, especially imagining a handsome earl being chased by an irritable hen!I really enjoyed the dynamic between the two characters, Daniel and Georgianna. I liked watching them both grow as the romantic tension built up slowly between them. I also adored Daniel’s affection and protectiveness towards her younger sisters, that was far too adorable! There were so many sides to both characters and it was very fun to be able to explore that.I also loved the theme of this book! It gave me such Overboard vibes, which is a movie I really liked! Each time Georgianna's tangled web of lies seemed to grow, the more intense the story became and you could not help but wonder what Daniel would think when his memories returned to him.I absolutely adore Stacy Reid’s writing and each and every book I’ve read of hers never disappoints! This is a book I’d highly recommend if you’re looking for a swoon-worthy historical romance filled with tension and wonderful humor! I can’t wait to read more from this author in the future! She has definitely become one of my favorite romance authors!

Absolutely loved and devoured this book! I didn’t care for the first book in this series so I was hoping this one would be better and it absolutely was.

Georgiana dreams of being a chef and has an opportunity to make her dreams on the yacht party of Daniel, the Earl of Stannis. Unfortunately her dreams are crushed due to a misunderstanding and she is fired. Due to more unfortunate events, the Earl loses his memories and Georgiana has a plan for revenge.

I was so intrigued by the plot as I love when there is a secret or some deception to uncover. Georgiana dug herself into a hole by again, unfortunate events, to save her reputation. They had this sizzling chemistry from the start. I found their romance to be incredibly sweet and passionate. They had a wonderful enemies to lovers romance. I also love how he supports her profession and just supports her overall.

I loved how Daniel was with Georgiana and her sisters as well. He was so sweet with them and protective. They really all formed a bond even with the deception lingering. I pretty much read this book whenever I could as I couldn’t get enough and wanted to see how things played out. The ending was very satisfying.

I think this is one of my favorite reads from Stacy Reid and I can’t wait to read the next book.

Ms Reid has presented another winner in this enemies to lovers, amnesia story.

Rakish Earl of Stannis fires Chef Georgiana over a misunderstanding, she seizes the opportunity to exact Revenge after he washes up on the beach of their English town. I'm not sure if the town is on a river or if it's on the coast. With no memory, the Earl is at Georgiana's mercy when she takes him into her humble manor home and tells him that he is her husband., Daniel Stannis. It is obvious that they are impoverished. The 300 pounds that she would have made if she had completed her catering contract aboard his yacht was desperately needed to support her and her three sisters.

Of course there is attraction between the two and they fall in love. I enjoyed the story, but (I am glad Ms Reid didn't prolong Georgiana's deception too far, because I find I really don't like stories that involve deception and lying. But that's my thoughts and personal likes and it shouldn't detract from the book.)

Will Daniel realize that the feelings he has for this humble woman are lasting love? Will he realize this before she disappears out of his life?

Intimate scene before 50%: Not really. A kiss early on causes the confusion that leads to her firing and him getting pushed overboard.

I loved this story. Daniel meets Georgia when she his hired as the chef on his yacht. In a case of mistaken intentions, his mistress convinces him to fire her. In an altercation with the mistress, he falls overboard and ends up with amnesia in Georgie's hometown. He announces that he knows her. She pretends they're married and he goes home with het. Is this life enough to convince him that she is enough to give up his bachelor life? The events are funny and sad. Definite must read.

I love this trope, and Stacy Reid did an amazing job bringing us this wonderful story.

I loved Georgianna. She was your typical sweet, kind and self sacrificing Heroine, with the added bonus of a temper to go with it. And Daniel, he truly was a Rake, a very well written one. It's was amusing that the whole ordeal began because of the scandalous things his was saying about Georginna. In an effort to protect her reputation she blurts out that they're married. Rake that he was, I loved his sense of responsibility when he thought that they were married, his protectiveness and his wish to better their lives.

This was definitely enjoyable, it actually didn't click that this was kinda a sequel to A Matter of Temptation until I saw Mina and Simon, that was a nice surprise. Now I look forward to Moncrieffs story.

Thank you Netgalley and Entangled Publishing for this ARC, opinions are my own.

3.0 out of 5 stars Not Reid's best

A far fetched premise layered on a shaky start, an unlikable hero with few redeeming qualities, lots of what seemed like unnecessary vulgar language and this book just wasn't up to Reid's standards.
